|
This collection of
research was given to PCGS by Sherryl K. Burchett
Florko, daughter of Dorothy Brewer Burchett Hopkins.
This four box collection contains research done by
Dorothy on the following families – Burchett, Brewer,
Bristow, Burkett, Clayton, Crozier, Potts, Rice,
Smith, Young, Hughes, Edge, Wortham and other allied
families. The main focus of the research is on the
Burchett and Clayton families. The research consists
of census records, birth, marriage and death records,
family group sheets and communication between Dorothy
and others. There are also over 100 photos in the
collection. They have all been scanned. The archivist
made every attempt to keep the research in order
according to the folders and notebooks in which the
research was stored. Therefore, the contents of each
folder listed below is as it was received.
